Charles Olson is a Brooklyn native who still calls the NYC borough home. While never imagining he would stay in Brooklyn as a youngster growing up just outside of Coney Island, Charles discovered that he couldn’t think of a better place to live as he reached adulthood.

The go-to person for helping Brooklyn residents sell their property, he is trusted and recommended by businessman and personal finance consultant Dave Ramsey. Charles focuses on serving rather than selling and goes alongside his clients on their journey from start to finish. He uses the word “proactive” to describe how he helps and considers all things to help property owners sell. He is also proactive in assisting buyers to make the right decision when buying their new homes. Charles even helps people invest in property and allows them to protect their assets with real estate.

Charles does all this by focusing on the needs of his clients and doing whatever it takes to help them. At the same time, he seeks to help his clients see “the big picture” when it comes to moving. He assists them in considering all things when it comes to selling their property, from pricing the place to weighing in offers to getting over any obstacles standing in a seller’s way.

These communities help keep Charles abreast of the latest developments and strategies to assist his clients with wealth preservation, tax mitigation, and planning for the future through real estate assets.

Charles began working in the real estate industry in 2000 and started his sales career with Keller Williams in 2012. He has a BS in Computer Science from Brooklyn College and an MS in Telecommunications and Computing Management from NYU/Poly University, achieved PMP Certification, and is a Master Practioner of NLP. Charles also holds MCNE and CBR designations. He and his family live near Brooklyn’s foremost green space, Prospect Park.
